As patients approach surgery, they frequently need information about the various payment options. We hope the following information will be helpful.

Payment Options
Payment for cosmetic plastic surgery is due in full two weeks before your scheduled surgery. We provide a number of payment options, which may be used individually or combined according to your wishes.
- Cash or Check: Personal check, cashier's check, or cash
- Credit Cards: Visa or Mastercard only
- Optional Financing Plans: We will be happy to assist you with applying for financing, should you so desire. We currently work with the following financing programs: CareCredit, Chase Health Advance and Advance Patient Financing

Advance Patient Financing
Advance Patient Financing offers a range of plans to help patients manage payments for a cosmetic surgery. The online application process is simple. After completing the necessary online forms, your responses will be sent to APF's lenders, who will return a decision within a few minutes
Though you will only complete one application with APF, you will actually have exposure to muliple lending options. For qualifying patients, APF may offer 0% financing and interest rates as low as 7.9% increasing your ease and options to pay for your procedure. The benefits of APF extend beyond your more immediate cosmetic surgery, as future lines of credit may also be available should you choose to return to Dr. Bajaj for further surgery.

Cancellation Policy
We understand that a situation may arise that could force you to postpone your surgery. Please understand that such changes affect not only your surgeon, but other patients as well. Drs. Bajajs' time, as well as that of the operating room staff, is a precious commodity, and we request your courtesy and concern.
